Mevin (Megan and Kevin) is the brain child of married couple Megan Brotherton and Kevin Schlanser.  While balancing school pickups and soccer practices, they have been a filmmaking duo for 11 years.  Megan is an established director, and Kevin is an accomplished DP.   They have recently blended their talents to become: Mevin!  

Megan is a writer-director known for telling funny stories with real heart, as well as the occasional fart joke–she blames her six year old for egging her on. She earned her MFA in Acting at Harvard University including a residency at The Moscow Art Theatre, where her teachers first noticed her aptitude for directing.

Kevin moved to Los Angeles at age 17 to attend the New York Film Academy. Upon graduating, he was hired as the cinematographer and editor for the web-series Lonelygirl15, Youtube's first major viral series.

Since then, his work includes projects with Hungry Man, Funny or Die, the New York City Ballet, Oikos, Oreo, Nerds, Nintendo, Zipfizz and more.
