Customer Service

customer_service is Connor Carroll and Sean Davé. Connor hails from the middle of America, and Sean from the middle of the Pacific - but they grew up watching the same VHS tapes, and that’s what counts.

They spent years directing independently, acting as soundboards for each other’s ideas, pitches, and questionable creative impulses, before eventually realizing they were probably better off just making the work together.

Since forming customer_service, they’ve shot everywhere from Seattle to Bangalore - directing campaigns for clients such as NASCAR, Purina, IBM, and more.
